Chee Dale is a limestone gorge following the course of the River Wye in Derbyshire.

The gorge is flanked by limestone cliffs, towering 300ft above the path. If the River Wye is in flood it can make parts of the gorge inaccessible as the stepping stones along the path become flooded.
