Padley Gorge is a valley in the Peak District, running alongside the B6521, near Nether Padley. It forms part of the Longshaw Estate which is in the care of the National Trust.

The gorge is wooded and has been carved out by the Burbage Brook stream. It is part of several circular walks in the area.

The valley the gorge sits in is part of the Yarncliff Wood, Padley Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), designated in 1972. Rare Umbilicaria lichen and birds live in the valley.
