Five Wells is a chambered tomb located in the Peak District, close to Taddington, Derbyshire.

Little remains of the chambered tomb, partly due to stones being removed for building material and investigations by several 19th century antiquarians, who between them discovered the remains of at least 17 sets of human bones, as well as animal teeth, pottery, flint arrowheads and a flint knife.

The two chambers, facing east and west, were probably entered via passageways through the mound. The covering stones have long been removed as well as the mound itself and is thought the diameter was at least 15 meters.
